Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. Effective March 8, 2024 Thank you for choosing Away to Ireland for your travel planning needs.  I understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  To ensure the smooth operation of my business and provide the best service to all my clients, I have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Once I receive Payment, I begin to work on your service.  Therefore, I kindly ask that requests for cancellation be made within 48 hours of making payment.  After this time, your service is considered accrued and is therefore non-refundable.  In this circumstance, you may request to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.  Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please kindly give at least 24 hours' notice.  Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hour's notice will be considered a "no-show".   No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be considered a "no-show".  No-shows will result in your payment being non-refundable.  In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives (reschedule or credit for future use). Other Circumstances: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations.  In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives. Communication: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email Tracey at awaytoireland@gmail.com.  I will forward a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling and credit (if applicable) for your record keeping. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to both you, my valued client and my business.  By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
